This lyric is from the song 'The Last Something That Meant Anything' by Mayday Parade. It's not one of my favourite songs by them, but this lyric is so true and I can relate to it in so many ways. When someone asks if you're okay, you're natural instinct is just to say yes. Sometimes, you just need to say no.
